Speculative applications

HireHive makes it super easy for you to receive speculative applications and to capture them into your HireHive account.

The first thing you need to do is to create a generic job in HireHive, that will be set as ‘Internal’. This means that the job will not be published automatically to job boards. 

You can then add a line in the text at the top of your careers page along the lines of ‘If you don’t see a vacancy that suits you, please submit your CV here’ and link the word ‘here’ to the job link for the internal job posting.
