How to post jobs on Indeed

HireHive allows you to automatically post your jobs on a number of job boards when you publish them in your HireHive account, including Indeed.

You only need to make sure that Indeed is selected in the list of job boards your job will be sent to (this is selected by default). You can find this list in your Settings, in the Job boards tab.

Note that it can take up to 48 hours for your job to appear on job boards at first. So don’t panic if you don’t receive applications right after publishing your job as it may just take a few hours! Once your first indeed job has been published, the jobs should appear on Indeed within 1 to 2 hours.

For US and Canada recruitment agencies:

From January 2019, Indeed made a few changes to how it will work for recruitment agencies sharing their jobs on Indeed. Jobs sent to Indeed in the US or Canada by recruitment agencies will no longer be included in organic search results on the job board, which will limit their overall visibility. However, it is still possible to promote them, using the ‘Sponsor job on Indeed‘ option within your HireHive account.

This only concerns jobs posted in the US and in Canada – if this changes, we will post an update here.
