Qualifying candidates using custom application questions

HireHive allows you to qualify candidates based on their answers to custom application questions, and to quickly bulk reject candidates based on their answers.

When creating a custom application question, you will see an Add tag button: If you add a tag to an answer, it will be added to all candidates who choose this answer.

Once this tag has been added to your custom question and you have received new applications, you can then go to the Candidates tab. The next step is to filter down candidates by tag. You can then bulk select candidates and change their pipeline status in two clicks.
