Changing status of a candidate

To make your recruitment process clear, HireHive allows you to easily move candidates along the different stages of your pipeline.

Changing the status of a newly arrived candidate is easy. You just need to click on Candidates on the top menu and choose your candidate in the list.

Progressing a candidate to the next stage of the pipeline

To move a candidate to another stage of your recruitment pipeline, just click on the dropdown to reveal more options – Screening, Interviewing, Offered and Hired along with any custom stages that have been set up. Choose the stage you want to move the candidate to, it will then be updated automatically.

Rejecting a candidate

On the candidate details page, use the ‘Reject’ button to reject the candidate. You will also have the option to send a ‘Regret’ email. This can be sent immediately or can be sent later using the delay email option.
