Duplicate applications

How does HireHive handle duplicate and/or multiple applications?

When a candidate applies for a job at your company a profile is created within HireHive. The profile contains identifying information including email address and name. Candidates may however apply for roles multiple times. In this case, we will show the list of applications all in one profile.

Along with the role that they applied for in the past we will also show the stage of the process that they got to for this role to make screening subsequent applications quick and easy.

All activity will be logged for a candidate in the Activity tab, it will show a list of all applications that have been submitted by a candidate and any actions that were taken ie. moving the candidate to a new stage.
