Candidate communication

HireHive makes it super easy for you and your team to communicate with your candidates.

After a candidate has applied for a job, they will automatically receive a ‘Thank you for your application’ email. This email can be fully customised to suit your company’s voice.

If the candidate replies to this first message, you will be able to continue the conversation directly from your usual inbox. As HireHive integrates with Gmail and Outlook, you will be able to receive and send emails directly from your inbox. You don’t need to log into your HireHive account to communicate with your candidates. You can also find all your conversations and unread emails in the Inbox tab.
