What support do you offer?
All our plans come with unlimited and amazing (we have proof of this!*) online customer support. A chat option is available to all customers within HireHive and timely response (usually within 15 minutes to 1 hour) is guaranteed.
Our support team is directly involved in product development decisions so any feedback is relayed to the engineering team with timely updates provided.
Custom/Enterprise Support
If you are on a custom pricing plan you will also have a dedicated account manager who will help you with account set up and answer any questions you may have while using HireHive.
