How do I reset my password?

If you can't access your account anymore, you can easily reset your password from the Forgot password link or on the Login page.

Enter the email address linked to your HireHive account, and if this email address exists in the system, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you haven't received any emails after a few minutes, please check the following:

  1. Check your spam folder, to make sure that the email didn't end up there
  2. Check that your email address is the one that is linked to your HireHive account. If you have several email addresses, please make sure that you are trying to log in/reset your password with the correct address.
